I also wanted to thank you for the fantastic way you manged the whole process. One always hears horror stories about renovations and it was not without some trepidation that Mike and I signed the contract with you guys who we had had no previous knowledge of.
Happily, from the outset our fears proved to be unfounded and we have been nothing less than delighted with both the process and the outcome. Everything we asked was done promptly and efficiently and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Your willingness to work with the builders directly also made things much easier for us. Both Mark and yourself were always available to supervise the work and see that it all went smoothly and we love our new kitchen.
